| So, are you running in 30 or 38 inch rows? We used to run a 3300 with a 3 row narrow, it had 23.1x26's on the front and pretty narrow truck tires on the back. It would always go really good, there isn't much weight on the back axle with a 3 row corn head on there. There are lot's of 23.1x26's out there off the back of deere combines. Heck there is a place in KC selling them for $850 new per pair new with wheels. You might have to recenter the wheels though. The other option is to have your wheels widened. On the combine we had, they cut the wheel, rolled a band, and welded it back together, made the wheel they wanted. It's not a bad job. The upside is that you are always running on a row, too. Abilene machine, Worthington Ag parts. Double D Machine. Cook Tractor Inc, are all places that I would look. Trucks run everyday and they all ship. | |
