Regarding his color, I'm sure neighbors and passers by will think he is a Hereford but he is a lighter yellowish color. Just no white featherneck. I really don't care what color my calves are as long as they produce good beef from mostly grass at 13-15 months on my grass with no creep and are docile. If they hit 1000-1100 lb by 14 months they can be pink for all I care about color! ;-)
