| You may own the airspace from the earth to the heavens, but the FAA has jurisdiction. While one has an expectation of privacy around their home, in the open country side there is no expectation of privacy as anyone can drive by and look. Airplanes can fly over at will and look and take pictures. A drone is another form of aircraft, so you might have trouble preventing someone from flying over your property. | |
