I had a chat with the Realtor on it and we talked to the owner, they should have stayed but she assumed since I don't currently have any livestock I didn't want them and she gave them away....to me it doesn't matter what she thought about my plans for the place they should have stayed.
We agreed that they can go and I asked that nothing else permanent including gates go. I don't quite get that gates can go, but I shouldn't have to worry about it now.
As for the waterers, they were nice freeze free units, I had plans to use two of them on my families cattle yard and didn't have plans for the others, doesn't' matter now they are gone. Worth around $500 new each, I probably should have bargained for them and got the propane in the tank free...
