Make your list on the walk through, just ahead of closing.
Negotiate before you sign the papers.
I've seen a house the seller took the kitchen cabinets
out, early in the morning before the closing.
It takes all kinds........ No one will stand up for you, except you...
Walk through is a must, IMO.
Listing agent should and must accompany you.
Afixed stays with property, unless negotiated.
