I would look closely at things like the drawbar, 3pt hitch, clutch and brake pedals. As others have said the hour meter very well could have rolled over. With that said. I have a '76 4430 with 5600 hrs. I know it is correct as dad brought it brand new. It got worked hard for quite a few years and then retired and only does occasional work as a backup now. Still gets used some every year though. Patrick
