I need to make stuffed peppers by noon Saturday for a friend. Recipes on-line call for cooked rice added to burger meat, but she said they always used uncooked rice & relied on baking process to cook the rice, I am concerned that using the wrong type of rice might yield cooked peppers with partially cooked rice inside. Anybody have any good recipes/ideas? TIA
