W. Kansas | We did stuffed peppers last night. My wife always cooks the rice, then mixes it with the hamburger. Dang red and orange peppers are getting expensive, but these were super sweet and worth it!!
I did these on my Primo at 225* for about and hour, then let the temperature rise to 325* for about 15 minutes.
