Don't know about your knee, but I tweaked my lower back last fall. My chiro figured out it was my SI joint. Basically my pelvis was tipped forward and misaligned. Hurts right at the belt line. I've stretched and gotten adjustments, etc, bought an inversion table, used it facing forwards and backwards. Always went back out.
I finally got frustrated this morning and didn't want to go back to the chiropractor, started googling for new stretches, and ran across this site. The sacrum stretches helped me, and it looks like he has dozens more stretches for pain in other areas. If nothing else, it's free to look. | |
