I'm not a custom sprayer but I do all of mine.
You charge by the acres the sprayer sprays.
Odd shape field isn't your fault. Tell him up front though.
I keep a list of what each field takes so if I'm going to just that one field I know what to take of if I'm getting done with a lot of fields I know what I need in the tank to finish.
