i dont think you will ever get what you want to work regardless of how you get it to interface the trimble. i have been wrong before though. the nav diagnostic port can be used to export gps to another device but as for inputing, good luck.

digifarm uses port d to input on an fmx.

i guess until now i have never been curious enough to want to try such a thing. i could name a whole bunch of reasons why it shouldn't work, and come up with no ways i could imagine to make it work. anything is likely possible though. i think i follow this site fairly closely and don't remember such a question being asked in the past.

the thing is, the 6500 seems to me to be the same thing as what cnh is calling the "accustar" now and is using it for multiple applications. and the same novatel receiver a bunch of other companies are using. i think your wishful thinking.

apparently your just trying to utilize the relay for connecting to an ntrip client? why not sell the relay and 6500 for much more than a digifarm modem will cost you?
