On the Delmarva
Down here in my fields running a ripper in the spring equals a waste of seed, fertilizer, time and money. Not to mention wear on equipment for a crop that will not show a profit. If for whatever reason I couldn't chisel the ground, I would look into the feasibility of seeding a cover crop into that area, one that definitely includes tillage radishes.
