Doesn't have too...
We got the heaviest, and the wettest stuff there is, spring plowing done correctly and early enough can almost match a fall job, and will be better than anything else you can do in the spring.

With that being said,I've seen a few spring plowing jobs botched beyond belief. There is very little good that comes out of that, except that is still better than a good spring v-ripping job.
