Not sure, wife talked to the meat dept manager at our local grocery store whom she deals with a lot as she cooks a lot at church for large crowds. She told him for 150 people and he got us 7 briskets. She opened them up and had them ready for me to season and I never did look at the wrap for the weight. I'll try to find out though as I want to know too.
