West Texas

It turned into brisket for 160.
Our local grocery store butcher got us 7 briskets, packer cut.

Started the smoker up Friday at 5 am.

Katy nursing a cup of coffee while I'm tending to the fire.

About 3-4 hrs in.

The finished product! Was very tender and juicy!
Everyone at the wedding loved it!
