Learned to love smoked brisket (didn't take more than a minute) at a Cousins Cafeteria In Fort Worth while taking N.R.C.S. training at an old army depot. Two different 1 week sessions over a 3 or 4 year period, we would load up the mini-van at noon and head for Cousins at least 2 or 3 times during the week.
