Fruita CO | My daughter-in-law was diagnosed with Celiac disease a couple years ago. She's basically unable to eat out at most restaurants, has to watch everything, as others have said here. After getting it under control, she was able to get pregnant, & the little granddaughter is about 18 mo. now...I know it's sometimes lumped in with organic/GMO/etc. issues, but here is nothing phony or hypochondriac about gluten intolerance...
