As I understand it, the dx calibration we do for any of the AgLeader stuff only comes into play if you lose gps & need secondary speed (= distance) information to keep the yield monitor working. I think you lose maps anyway. It might depend on where you are or what you use for gps equipment, but this probably rarely happens unless you're consistently behind trees. So-I don't worry about super-critical calibration. Maybe that's reckless on my part though. I could be all wrong also. |
