15" cover crops, how do you like them?

Do you harvest your covers for feed or do you plant them mainly for soil improvement?
15" is a bit thin for feed or double crop but ideal for planting into in most cases.. When managing green cover to plant into the saying "less is more" is probably right on the money. Cover crops need to make money and if we end up spending too much on seed and then too much on management it takes the fun out it pretty quick.
