Central Il Morton | I plugged my 9400 so bad I had to remove the feeder house and some of the bars to get it going on two occasions.
The reason was I had a modified Lowen concave and no filler plates. Once I put the perforated filler plates back in I no longer slugged the cylinder.
Most of the time I used a bar on the pulley that extended over the platform. When I raised the platform it turned the pulley backward. After several times it would free up.
I also unbolted the top of the concave to get more clearance on several occasions.
Figure out why it is plugging and correct the problem.
Good Luck
