| Don't use the NDVI tiff. You need to use the DSM tiff to create a shapefile.
Actually, are you trying to create management zones or get elevation data? If you're trying to get elevation data, you need to use the DSM tiff. If you're trying to create management zones, it's a little more complicated than converting a raster to a vector.
Does drone deploy not do this already?
