SE Iowa		Not that hard to create a shapefile from whatever image you are using for free... Wouldn't spend an outrageous amount of money just because they can produce one.

Step 1: Download and install QGIS (free)
Step 2: import image
Step 3: convert raster image to vector
Step 4: export shapefile
