Nevada, Iowa | Yeah, things could always be worse and our forefathers should be laughing at us.
Roots actually look pretty good here except where we really got stupid with spring work. That has been our saving grace so far. I am sure there are plenty of weak areas but even the delayed corn has tapped into N and looks much improved, just very late. Lots of drowned out holes and they start to disappear to us as the crop grows but they're gone and that won't change. At least we were able to plant it all here, many areas not so fortunate. | |
