An hydaulic Autosteer unit is always more accurate compared to an EZ-Steer when using the same correction signal and properly calibrated. However, an EZ-Steer with RTK would meet your requirements - accuracy and relatively cheap. I would use RTK to compensate for somewhat less accurate EZ-Steer system compared to the hydraulic system and also for repeatbility!
