Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND
John W , Propane is not all the same. Anything used in an engine must be HD5 spec motor fuel propane, while residential heating propane can have all sorts of heavy muddy junk in it. Our local supplier uses only HD5 for everything, thank heaven, makes for a lot less trouble with things like grain dryer plumbing and propane fueled engine driven stuff.
I have worked on some propane fuel equipment run on residential heating propane that looked like the inside was covered with dirty #1 gun grease. It's odd that this "dirty" gas does not cause problems with home heating equipment,or does it ??
