Old Economic rule - rents will disappear
You are right that premiums disappear. This is an old economic rule that economic rents will disappear over time.
Sorry as some rules are refutable.
Another that I particularly like is "your business will be changed by someone who is not in your business." Reflect about the validation of that one.
