Seems every niche market that comes along ends in failure. They pay a premium because they have to to get you to plant these so called value added products that are suppose to make you more money. Seems they always FORGET to put yield in the formula. Looks good on paper, but is not real value. High oil corn comes to mind. you could BUY it cheaper than you could raise it.
'Value added' comes of age within 3 years?
