Yes & I also do realize that if I had my camera & tried to take a picture of the cop using his cell phone while driving, while I too was driving. I would've gotten the same "distracted driving" ticket, not for using a phone but a camera. Kind of hard to watch where I was driving while trying to take a pic with a camera. |
