| Wildbuckwheat, I'd work for you any day.........................I am not sure why farmers can't grasp the concept people are not going to work a bizillion hours on a farm that isn't theirs for no compensation.............Yes, a good employee will understand that their are peak times that you need to kill yourself, but the rest of them time their is no need for an employee to live there, they got a life and a family, and like you mentioned, they can't walk into the house whenever they feel like it, or work on their spouting when they want, or mow grass at 1 in the afternoon.
