Keystone is an oil transportation issue, not an oil supply issue. Plenty of oil today at $100/barrel. at $70, the growth in US oil production probably slows. The growth slows.

No corn producer should be scared of high or low crude oil prices. Ethanol is here to stay. Do we really want to start making 87 Octane gasoline today and making less diesel? Do we really want to go back to less efficient refinery operations? The USA will not go backwards in efficiencies...that is not what made this great nation the world's economic power.
