If forced purchase deals "screw the pooch" so to speak folks just gonna drive less AND use Less Total Gasoline Product ( that has been the 5 year trend in the usa ).

I tend to think the mid east is going to take crude down to the $45 to $60 range anyway ( it's kinda like re-buying "market Share".
