Sells for More than other pork is Taste, Flavor and Consumer Preference. the rest of pork is rather bland and tasteless...thee other white meat so to speak. NOW IF you were a true consumer...what would you desire? price or cheap calories might be a deal at your house in NW iowa...maybe not most Everywhere Else. Folks PREFER BEEF. it's that Simple.
