Agree, agree---On a weakend road trip with my lovely bride, we had very
little beef on our plates at the restraunts. A look at the prices in the menu, we 
were more into chicken and salads. Hate to say it, but we could price ourselves
out of the market.
 
Had a visit with a jacks-links driver, very interesting conversation, Can you say New Zealand boxed beef.

Very interesting watching what was on the plates coming out of the kitchen.

Mark is right, but there is a differance between prefer and aford
