| I would think a phone call to your local beef council would not be out of line-ask there opinion! When I was on the state beef council(which was 7-8 years ago)I was very well compensated-mileage and a noon meal for a 140 mile drive once a month. The checkoff money is spent pretty well! If concerned about where it is going I'm sure they will accept your volunteer help. As my wife says if you are not part of the solution don't just add to the problem! | |
