One thing to consider a employer or the boss deals with things the employee don't know about if it was a one time thing you could of done so at a bad time. But after 15 years it should be welcomed I find even my 16 year old employee after 1 and a half years and his first time worken on a dairy operashen has good opinions or ideas. A different set of eyes see things differently see things that look normal to the employer
