Zabcikville, TX
If an employer of 15 years won't listen to suggestions from an employee of 15 years, then it's time to find a new job. The man I work for at least a listens to my ideas, doesn't always agree, but sometimes says "that's better than the plan I had". I've only been working for him for a year and a half, but mostly new my stuff before that. Sometimes we do it my way, sometimes his. Either way, he writes the checks and always has the last word. He listens to me though, and I appreciate that.
