Ea. Washington | Had one on a covered patio. Thought it would be good therapy for my wife but she couldn't get in or out of it. Moisture leaked by the terminals on the heater and would pop the breaker and when I looked for something it would be dry from the heat.
didn't weep until the pump was running. Froze up twice and leaked water which turned to ice on the patio which lasted all winter. Finally put the damned thing in the barn and had to give it away to get rid of it. Neighbor put one in his basement and darn near ruined the house from the moisture even with pretty good ventilation. Go to a good motel and use theirs, they pay people to take care of it and it will be a lot cheaper.
