NCND | Hindsight is always 20/20 but back in 2010 we started getting people calling about an ole elevator we have on mainline. Way back in day we could ship grain one car at a time. Well eventually that came to halt. Fast forward to 2010 guys were wanting to lease that spot because they couldn't get product in on rail(frack sand, pipe, ect). I never thought we'd be in trouble on grain side just because I figured we had our spot at table like always.
My original question back then was if you guys need more siding how are you going to get more trains since trains can only go one way at a time???? Well fast forward to now and I guess that was true. We are bottle necked until we see more track.
To say this is oils fault is wrong. They dealt with logistic issues before we felt it on farm side and they struggle just as much to get cars as we do. It's tough for EVERYONE | |
