| Some I have heard of get 1/2 pay for the weekend. Another company we dealt with they got 2 1/2 hours pay minimum if they had to go in. Time and a half if they had to be there very long. It wasn't unusual for our lock to be locked out so we had to call them in to unlock it if the worker needed a few extra $$$ that week. Also wasn't unusual to find it locked if some one was having wife problems. I guess any system can be abused. | |
