| A company a friend of mine works for has the same policy. They have several employees that need the money and want to be on call every weekend and some that don't want to work any weekends. I think they have worked it out accordingly that no one has to be on call more than 1 weekend a month . The ones that are on call 3 out of every 4 week ends are naturally bringing in a lot more $$$/year than the others, but thats life. :) | |
