My wife and I are going to be traveling to Texas at the end of August. One of our stops is going to be Austin where she will be taking a 1 day class at the Austin Community College-Eastview Campus. I'm planning to go visit the state capital while she is in class. Are there any other destinations that would be interesting for a farm boy from Wisconsin? We're already planning to go to LBJ's Presidential Library. Suggestions for a restaurant for lunch/dinner would also be appreciated (e.g., steak, BBQ). tia. | |
