I think the prices are crazy right now. Good roasts are on sale for a buck a pound less than the 85% ground pink stuff. I've got a grinder so we picked up 15 lbs worth of round and sirloin and ground that. I don't know what percent it worked out to be, but probably better than 90%. And it tastes good too.
I never thought I'd see the day when sirloin tip roast cost way less than ground burger.
Ground beef, seriously?
