I figure $.85 for feed and another  $.15 for equipment and facility costs for about $1.00 or $160 break-even.  But of course I do like to eat, a beer now and then and a little heat in the house in the winter so let's add another $.10 to cost or $164 break-even.  I can't contract them for that today so I better get some puts to protect myself.  I need $164/cwt to break even so can get get puts at $10 less than that for about $45 a head or another $.03/cwt.  Now my break-even is at $167/cwt.  I'm not quite sure I am willing to risk that kind of money.
