I'm an HR Director for a school district. Spring is my busiest time of the year...not ideal. But am about 10 years away from retirement and would like to transition to full time grain farming.
I'm in my 2nd year of owning 80 acres about 2 hours from my house...doing a crop share this year. Love to learn and there is a lot to learn in both jobs!
