Eastern Iowa
I divided a 60 acre pasture into 5 paddocks with a two wire hi-tensile smooth wire system. Super fast to put up and I'm using a solar fencer that's kept the cows in from day 1 (although calves will find a way to the freshest grass adjacent). I wasn't a believer at all until I had all this paddock fence to put in and some AgTalkers steered me straight...not sure I'd want it for boundary fence, but this is the way to go with dividing pastures internally in a semi-permanent way!

If your fence isn't cutting it, pound 3 more ground rods before giving up on it. BTDT.
