When a person works very hard and see's no reward it's very easy for the attitude to go down. But on the other hand as a farmer you should be able to do something about it and it might mean leaving the farm and going to greener pastures. Complaining doesn't do any good as 50% of the people don't care and the other 50% are happy when you hear you complain!
