I don't think it's right, but it's how the law is.
No it isn't. When I was young and much dumber I got a ticket for peeing in public. Some college buddies and I went out to the bars and all four of us walked right by the bathroom on the way out (stupid I know). Three of the four of us decided to go pee outside next to a tandem axle enclosed trailer. A cop saw two of us. Aparently BSFarms 6'5" cousin was invisable that night.
I got a ticket and so did my buddy but I think he got it knocked down to a noise violation, mine was disorderly conduct.
I am not sex offender nor am I on some sex offender list and niether is my buddy.
I learned my lesson not to pee in town, but I still will run into a corn field or the some secluded woods to go instead of going to a gas station all the time. |
