| Heres a differnt way to look at it. Machinery is worth $100 and ac ISH....... Fuel is $35 ish...... take that times "X" acres and thats what your grandpa paid your dad to work for him. Now compair that to what your dad would have made some place else and what your grandpa would have had to pay someone else.... Knowing how these usually work out your dad came out pretty well. Trust me buying your uncles out was a VERY good thing....... You paid for the farm 3 times over on just the increased value. | |
