This thread makes me feel a bit better about myself.... lol. I love working with my father and uncle, but I won't deny the fact that they both (especially my dad, because we are pretty close) get on my nerves. I am sure I get on their nerves even more. It is tough working with family and I don't know what advice I have for the original poster other than it can be tough, and he seems to have trouble letting go. 

I too know what those of you that have replied mean by saying your dad still talks to you like you are 7 or 8 at times and that if something breaks when you are using it, it is your fault! It isn't very bad on our farm, but the bickering and short arguments that happen on our farm can be annoying and comical at times. It is tough to work with family!!!! But none of us would have it any other way.
