S.E. Iowa | I would disagree a bit {not completely} about the greenie groups. My biggest fear would be the Ted Turners who could buy millions. Locally we have a Ordnance plant that there has been rumors could close. I have heard of big name people like Jeff Foxworthy buying ground for hunting. Great white tail hunting. Looking at maps from the 30's before it went in and now there is 75% more trees. They rent farmland and grazing land. They have cut back on the grazing but areas that used to be grazed are now being hayed. This allows for trees to get thicker and more deer habitat. | |
